Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Understand Business Needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business problems, translating them into actionable product requirements.
- Build a comprehensive understanding of user personas and customer journeys to guide product development and enhancements.
- Feature Development
- Design, prioritize, and oversee the development of new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
- Implement a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and deadlines.
- Data Orientation
- Establish key metrics for product success and develop data capture mechanisms to analyze user behavior.
- Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and iteratively improve features.
- Enterprise Scalability
- Think critically about product architecture and integration, ensuring seamless functionality within our platform and with external systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development and successful feature launches.
- Hands-On Execution
- Utilize SQL and scripting to support data analysis and product initiatives independently, minimizing reliance on engineering resources.
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and optimize product workflows for efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; MBA is a plus.
- 2-3 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data analysis and product execution.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, engagement tools such as CleverTap, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with microservices-based architecture and understanding of how to leverage it for scalable product development.
- Ability to think strategically about product development, considering user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for quality.
