Job Summary

As a Python Developer specializing in GCP (Google Cloud Platform), you will be responsible for developing and optimizing APIs as well as supporting Python-based applications. This role requires a strong understanding of Python, cloud computing, and SQL to contribute effectively to the team's objectives and the organization's goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize new APIs using frameworks like FastAPI and Django.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for database interactions.
• Analyze application logs to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution and problem-solving.
• Engage in continuous learning to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Conduct web scraping using Selenium and BeautifulSoup.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in open-source web services development.
• Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in Python API/Restful services development, specifically using FastAPI or Django.
  • 5+ years of experience with databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for writing and optimizing queries.
  • Familiarity with log analysis to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Foundational knowledge of GCP services and cloud computing concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in web scraping and automation frameworks such as Selenium and BeautifulSoup.
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and debugging complex application issues.

Experience

• Minimum of 7+ years in Python development, particularly with API and Restful services.

Environment

• This is a remote position with a typical day-time work schedule, fostering a balanced and flexible work environment.

Salary

• Salary is estimated at 1.7 LPM (Lakhs Per Month).
