The Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Analyst – Operations to contribute to our dynamic team. In
this role, you will work across the fund’s portfolio companies to achieve strategic objectives and
maximize shareholder value throughout the investment lifecycle
Key Responsibilities:
 Develop and help implement strategies for portfolio companies to increase revenue,
improve operations, strengthen financial controls
 Become a through partner to the portfolio company management
 Solve business problems with a structured approach
 Translate focus areas for a business into detailed actions plans
 Project management of various workstreams and track delivery of work against actions plans
and KPIs
 Manage change within portfolio companies across levels
 Analyse company performance across variety of financial and operational parameters,
report challenges and suggest changes
 Engage in industry and company research including financial functioning, operations
benchmarking
 Interpret company accounts, profit and loss sheets and cash flow information, models
 Write business performance summaries
 Understand industry dynamics and positioning of the investee company within its peer
group

Experience, Skills, Qualification
To be successful in this role, the incumbent needs to have –
 Ability to understand business and identify focus areas/insights
 Inter-personal skills – requires engagement across the organization. Relationship building with
company promoters, management (across levels)
 Ability to multi-task across assignments and tasks
 Excellent written and spoken communication
 Presentation skills
 Analytical capability, including excel and tools
 Query handling capability, Research skills, Good listening skills, Good in quantitative analysis, Eye
to detail
 Project management – program management various company wide initiatives
Desired Profile:
 1-2 of years of experience in consulting role / CEOs office / PMO for large corporate group
 Undergraduate / MBA degree from premier institutes
