Overview We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Social Media Manager, you will develop and execute our social media strategies, manage our online presence, and drive engagement across various social media platforms. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices. The successful candidate will have a passion for storytelling and excellent communication and analytical skills.   Job requirements and responsibilities <ul> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with our brand objectives to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Create and curate compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and in a professional manner.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives, product launches, and campaigns.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices, and proactively identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Research and identify key influencers, partners, and communities to foster strategic collaborations and amplify our brand presence.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Monitor industry conversations and competitor activities to inform our social media strategies and identify areas for differentiation.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Stay informed about relevant legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to social media, ensuring compliance in all activities.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2-4 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their strengths, and best content creation, engagement, and growth practices.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms to measure and track performance.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.</li> <li style="margin-bottom:11px">Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.</li> </ul> Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and innovations in social media marketing.
