We’re looking for a Product Designer who is passionate about crafting experiences that wow our customers while driving real-world impact.

We’re looking for a product designer based out of Bangalore, India. 

What you’ll do 

• Talk to customers frequently and engage in qualitative and quantitative research to deeply understand their needs, workflows and pain-points
• Design simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight customers and meet business goals
• Collaborate with partners across product and engineering to define, build, and release new products and features
• Construct user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts for validation
• Develop and deliver well-documented, high-fidelity visuals that accurately represent Nirvana’s brand and design system
• Create a cohesive cross-product experience including contributing to a style guide and design system
• Help shape the product strategy and roadmap
• Contribute to Nirvana’s overall brand positioning and guidelines

About you

• 3+ years of experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful products. You have a breadth of knowledge of what goes into product design, from systems to visuals.
• A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work and also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be comfortable presenting to customers and internal audiences.
• Strong opinions, weakly held - you express your opinions passionately but are open to changing those in the face of new data
• Bias-to-action - you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty & do what needs to be done
• Scrappy (and proud of it)
• Owner mentality - take accountability for your actions & results
• Successfully able to work in high-growth & dynamic start-up environments
• Highly proficient in product design software (e.g. Figma, Adobe CC, Sketch)
• Experience with B2B and/or data-driven products is a plus
