Tele Sales & CRM Analyst

Job Summary

The Tele Sales & CRM Analyst (Internship) will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing and analyzing customer relationship management (CRM) data, executing telemarketing campaigns, and developing strategies to enhance customer engagement. The role is designed for individuals with a foundational understanding of CRM analytics and telephone-based sales, seeking to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the organization's sales growth and customer retention goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telephone sales calls to prospective and existing customers, promoting products/services and generating leads.
  • Analyze CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for sales growth and improved customer engagement.
  • Assist in developing and implementing CRM strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Perform data mining to extract actionable insights from customer databases.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize telemarketing campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or CRM analysis.
  • Proficient in CRM Analytics and CRM Strategy Development.
  • Strong data mining and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent telephone sales and communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
  • Familiarity with sales strategy formulation and execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools.
  • Previous internship or project work in sales analytics or telemarketing.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in tele sales, CRM analytics, or a related field.
