SQL Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced SQL Developers to join our dynamic team in Pune. As a SQL Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient database solutions and ensuring the performance, availability, and security of data systems. You will play a key role in supporting business intelligence and data-driven decision-making processes. This is a full-time position with immediate joining.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
• Design, implement, and manage databases using MS SQL Server.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across all database systems.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with other developers and business analysts to meet project requirements.
• Generate reports and data extracts to support business operations and analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an SQL Developer.
• Proficient in SQL programming and query optimization.
• Strong hands-on experience with MS SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of database design, normalization, and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with data migration, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
• Knowledge of additional RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, MySQL).
• Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Power BI).
• Experience in Agile development environments.
• Understanding of cloud-based SQL solutions (e.g., Azure SQL Database).

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an SQL Developer.
• Proven experience working with MS SQL Server and complex database environments.

Salary

• INR 5,00,000 – 9,00,000 per annum, based on experience and skills.
