Job Title: Manager – Finance & Accounts (R2R, Billing & Fixed Assets) <br /> Location: Hyderabad <br /> About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 3–5 <br /> years of post-qualification experience to manage critical finance functions, including Record to <br /> Report (R2R), Billing, and Fixed Assets.  <br /> Key Responsibilities <br /> Record to Report (R2R) <br /> • Oversee the end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual closing process ensuring <br /> accuracy and timeliness. <br /> • Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial <br /> statements. <br /> • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and <br /> regulatory requirements. <br /> • Support audits (statutory, internal, and tax) with necessary schedules and explanations. <br /> • Continuously improve R2R processes for efficiency and accuracy. <br /> Billing <br /> • Supervise customer billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. <br /> • Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with internal teams to resolve <br /> discrepancies. <br /> • Implement controls to minimize billing errors and improve cash flow management. <br /> • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure alignment of billing with <br /> contracts and service delivery. <br /> Fixed Assets <br /> • Maintain an up-to-date fixed asset register and ensure accurate capitalization, <br /> depreciation, and disposals. <br /> • Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation of fixed assets. <br /> • Monitor and report on capital expenditure and ensure adherence to capitalization <br /> policies. <br /> • Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations related to fixed assets. <br /> Desired Profile <br /> • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience. <br /> • Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and relevant <br /> tax laws. <br /> • Hands-on experience in R2R processes, billing operations, and fixed asset accounting. <br /> • Proficiency in SAP and advanced MS Excel skills is a must. <br /> • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. <br /> • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. <br /> • Experience in a shared services, outsourcing, or mid-to-large corporate environment <br /> would be an added advantage.
