Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications that need to be deployed at client locations, ensuring that they meet 100% quality assurance parameters.

Responsibilities

• Understand the requirements and design of the product/software.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigate problem areas throughout the software development life cycle and facilitate root cause analysis for system issues.
• Collaborate with functional teams or systems analysts to carry out detailed investigations into software requirements.
• Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development while evaluating operational feasibility.
• Automate processes for software validation by designing and executing test cases/scenarios/usage cases.
• Modify software to fix errors, improve performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation and reports as requested.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Skills:
  • Enterprise Platform Engineering
  • Python programming
• Experience: 3-5 years in a relevant field.
• Strong analytical skills and capability to work with complex systems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and interaction with customers.
• Ability to document software design and implementation processes clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of additional programming languages.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with software validation and testing best practices.

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in software design, development, and testing is required.
