Key Responsibilities:
<p> </p> Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth <p> </p> • Lead monetization of Signpost ecosystem through brand partnerships. <p> </p> • Develop and execute GTM strategies to target and onboard relevant brands, building a robust <p> </p> sales pipeline. <p> </p> • Manage end-to-end partnerships from pitch to closure, ensuring delivery of client objectives. <p> </p> • Develop and implement ad sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. <p> </p> • Drive business development initiatives across traditional, digital, and integrated platforms. <p> </p> 2. Client Relationship Management <p> </p> • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and brand partners. <p> </p> • Provide innovative advertising solutions tailored to client objectives. Quickly understand the <p> </p> various media platforms that Signpost India offers. <p> </p> • Establish strong relationships across PSU, Agency, and Direct clients to secure sustained revenue <p> </p> streams. <p> </p> 3. Team Leadership & Development <p> </p> • Hire, train, and lead a team to drive business development, revenue growth, and execution <p> </p> excellence. <p> </p> • Conduct regular performance reviews, training, and development sessions. <p> </p> 4. Market Insights & Strategy <p> </p> • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and audience insights to refine sales strategy. <p> </p> • Prepare periodic reports and forecasts on sales performance and business pipeline. <p> </p> 5. Cross-functional Collaboration <p> </p> • Work closely with operations, creative, and finance teams to ensure campaign delivery and <p> </p> client satisfaction.<br />
