Role : Production Support Engineer

Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor production systems, APIs, and services for uptime and performance.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, escalating as needed.
3. Respond promptly to alerts, incidents, and tickets.
4. Conduct RCA, document fixes, and maintain runbooks/guides.
5. Support deployments, release validations, and smoke testing.
6. Collaborate with engineering, QA, and DevOps to prevent recurring issues.
7. Assist in incident management, communication, and reporting.

Requirements
1. 0–4 years’ experience in production/application support (freshers with strong skills may apply).
2. Basic Linux/Unix, shell scripting, APIs, databases, and networking knowledge.
3. Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Kibana).
4. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
