Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive (Intern) to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing the company’s online presence, creating engaging content and designs, executing marketing campaigns, supporting the sales team with marketing materials, and providing franchisee management support. This internship is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and contribute to building brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities (Job Descriptions)

·         Create and manage social media accounts across major platforms.

·         Design and develop product awareness content and visual creatives; post content regularly as per strategy.

·         Develop and maintain a detailed marketing calendar for the year, specifying what content to post and when.

·         Plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns; conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis to measure impact.

·         Prepare customer engagement programs targeted at end users to enhance brand loyalty.

·         Design brochures and other marketing materials to support the sales team.

·         Plan and coordinate events aimed at increasing product awareness.

·         Handle website content updates and maintenance to ensure accurate and up-to-date online presence.

·         Franchisee management – support function (in appointment / coordination with client & sales team).

Qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

·         Proficiency in graphic design tools (such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).

·         Strong skills in content creation and content writing.

·         Knowledge of social media marketing and advertising strategies.

·         Ability to plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.

·         Basic understanding of calendar planning and event organization.

·         Familiarity with website content management systems (such as WordPress, Wix, or similar).

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Strong attention to detail and creativity.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

·         Prior experience (internships, freelance, or academic projects) in digital marketing or related fields.

·         Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).

·         Video editing skills or experience with video content creation.

·         Knowledge of SEO best practices.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience

·         Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers welcome)

·         Relevant coursework, internships, or project experience in digital marketing, content creation, or design will be advantageous.

Salary

·         Stipend/Salary: ₹7,500 – ₹10,000 per month
