  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite or a comparable ERP system; familiarity with multi-entity accounting across offshore fund structures (e.g., Mauritius, Cayman) is advantageous.
  • In-depth understanding of cross-billing, intercompany eliminations, and fund allocation methodologies across multi-geography fund structures.
  • A strong process ownership mindset with the ability to design and manage operational workflows end-to-end.
  • Excellent communication skills to interface directly with senior US counterparts and manage junior team members in India.
  • Familiarity with AP and T&E tools such as Expensify, Brex, or Ramp is a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Self-initiated with a strong ownership mindset; ability to define and implement the operating model actively.
  • Enthusiastic about working in a fast-growing, dynamic global team and adapting to real-time changes.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills for managing relationships across borders (US, India, and Mauritius).
