Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This role aims to drive lead generation, sales growth, and website traffic while providing detailed analytics and insights to support decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across:
      • Google Ads
      • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
      • YouTube Ads
      • LinkedIn Ads (if required)
    • Monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI (Return on Investment) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
    • Manage budget allocation and daily campaign spending.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Growth

    • Generate quality leads for jewellery collections, exhibitions, and online inquiries.
    • Drive website traffic, conversions, and online sales through paid campaigns.
    • Create audience targeting strategies based on demographics, interests, and customer behavior.
  • Analytics & Reporting

    • Track campaign KPIs using:
      • Google Analytics
      • Meta Business Suite
      • Google Tag Manager
      • Search Console
    • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
    • Analyze customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and ad performance.
  • Content & Creative Coordination

    • Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for ad creatives, videos, and campaign materials.
    • Suggest engaging campaign ideas for festive collections, launches, offers, and promotions.
  • SEO & Website Optimization

    • Support SEO activities to improve website visibility and organic traffic.
    • Coordinate with website developers for landing page optimization and conversion tracking.
  • Market Research

    • Monitor competitor marketing strategies and jewellery industry trends.
    • Identify new growth opportunities and digital platforms.

Qualifications

  • Education

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Required Skills

    • Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
    • Knowledge of Pixel integration, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
    • Understanding of e-commerce marketing and lead generation strategies.
    • Experience in handling campaigns for luxury/fashion/jewellery brands preferred.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
    • Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications in Google Ads / Meta Ads will be an added advantage.

Experience
