Job Summary

The Health & Wellbeing Engagement Lead is responsible for transforming the employee experience of health and wellbeing programs through user-centered service design. This role focuses on understanding employee needs, implementing digital-first solutions, and leveraging expertise in employee engagement to promote impactful health initiatives. The position plays a crucial role in enhancing employee wellbeing across diverse populations and contributes to the organization's overall health strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Transform the employee experience of health and wellbeing programs by adopting intuitive, user-centered service design.
  • Implement digital-first solutions to improve engagement, utilization, and maximize the impact of health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Design and deliver impactful health and wellbeing promotion initiatives using evidence-based approaches, including behavioral science.
  • Diagnose areas for improvement in employee experience by understanding key employee personas and addressing challenges such as awareness and access.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and Digital Channels lead to develop innovative communications and campaigns that drive behavior change.
  • Act as a Health and Wellbeing Subject Matter Expert (SME) to promote preventative health strategies and engage leaders and employees.
  • Analyze and interpret behavioral data to generate actionable insights for health and wellbeing interventions.
  • Build effective relationships with senior business leaders and HR teams to raise awareness of wellbeing benefits and empower them to champion initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Expertise in employee engagement and behavior change strategies.
  • Strong understanding of health and wellbeing programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse employee populations.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform program improvements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with senior leadership.
  • Experience in designing and implementing health promotion plans.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of behavioral science principles and their application in health promotion.
  • Experience with digital tools and platforms for employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with Occupational Health and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and wellbeing program management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful employee engagement initiatives.

  • Work location: Bengaluru Luxor North Tower.
  • Work type: Full-time.
  • Work mode: Hybrid.

Salary

  • Estimated salary range: ₹8,500,000.
