Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Implementation Consultant specializing in Fusion Cloud Financials modules, with a preference for expertise in the Banking & Financial Services (BFSI) sector. This role involves leading complex implementations of the General Ledger, Payables & Expenses, and Receivables & Collections, ensuring banking compliance and process efficiency. The consultant will take on a hands-on role in design, configuration, integration, and go-live for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementations, focusing on General Ledger, Payables & Expenses, and Receivables & Collections.
• Perform fit-gap analysis, configurations, custom reports, and extensions for banking scenarios like GL, AP automation, AR collections, and regulatory reporting.
• Integrate Fusion Financials with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), third-party banking systems (e.g., core banking, treasury), and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools using REST APIs and Platform as a Service (PaaS) services.
• Manage data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), security setups (e.g., role-based access for banking audits), and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with client finance teams, architects, and stakeholders; mentor junior team members on Oracle best practices.
• Document solutions and conduct workshops.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years total experience in ERP implementations, including 2+ years specifically in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR).
• Demonstrated success in Banking/BFSI projects such as financial consolidations and procure-to-pay processes in regulated environments.

Mandatory Certifications (2025 Implementation Professional level):

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials: General Ledger 2025 Implementation Professional (Exam Code: 1Z0-1054-25) - Focus on GL configuration, journals, and consolidations.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials: Receivables and Collections 2025 Implementation Professional (Exam Code: 1Z0-1056-25) - Focus on AR billing, receivables, and collections.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials: Payables and Expenses 2025 Implementation Professional (Exam Code: 1Z0-1055-25) - Focus on AP invoices, payments, and expenses.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle EPM Cloud (Financial Consolidation and Close Services - FCCS), Projects Financials.
• Expertise in Fusion Analytics, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) reports, HSDL data loads, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Proficient in using Visio for banking process flows.
• Knowledge of IFRS, UAE regulations, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) tracking in financials.

Experience

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in ERP implementations, with a minimum of 2 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

• Location: Dubai (Offshore for 3 months and then Onsite).
