Job Description
<h3>1. <strong>Sales Ownership & Conversions</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own the full <strong>L1 → L2 → L3</strong> conversion funnel.</li>
<li>Drive post-webinar sales calls, follow-ups, and closing rates.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent conversion metrics (targets, daily reviews, escalation tracking).</li>
<li>Work closely with Ankit ji’s team to optimize offers, pitch, and product positioning.</li>
</ul>
<h3>2. <strong>Team Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Manage and coach the <strong>Relationship Managers (RMs)</strong> and telecallers (12+ people).</li>
<li>Run <strong>daily sales huddles</strong>: targets, objections, closing challenges.</li>
<li>Create and update <strong>scripts, rebuttals, and call templates.</strong></li>
<li>Recruit and train new sales members as needed.</li>
</ul>
<h3>3. <strong>Sales Process Design</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Build the <strong>Post-Webinar Sales Playbook:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Follow-up timeline (24h, Day 3, Day 7)</li>
<li>Call scripts, SMS/email follow-ups, WhatsApp templates</li>
<li>CRM hygiene and reporting standards</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Ensure all leads and outcomes are tracked in the CRM.</li>
</ul>
<h3>4. <strong>Data & Reporting</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Work with <strong>Ravi (Data Analyst)</strong> to get weekly funnel insights.</li>
<li>Analyze perform</li>
<li>ance: attendance → leads → sales → repeat rate.</li>
<li>Present <strong>weekly reports</strong> in the Revenue Room meeting.</li>
