Role: B2B Sales Head
As the B2B Sales Head for Furniture & Furnishings, Corporate Sales, and Government Liaison, you will have a multifaceted role that involves overseeing corporate sales strategies and managing relationships with government clients. Your responsibilities will include:
 
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Sales:
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and maximize profitability in the corporate sector.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of B2B sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets.
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new corporate clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, including materials, design options, and customization capabilities.
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Oversee high-value negotiations, review proposals, and ensure successful deal closures.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
Sales Reporting: Implement and manage sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
 
Government Liaison:
Government Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, procurement officers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Tender Process: Manage the process of participating in government tenders and bids, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements.
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate government contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Compliance: Stay updated on government policies, regulations, and compliance requirements, ensuring the company's adherence.
 
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience in the Furniture & Furnishings industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
•Prior experience in government sales and liaison roles.
•Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of leading and developing a sales team.
•Expert knowledge of furniture and furnishings materials, designs, and industry trends.
 
 
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
•Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
•Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
