As the B2B Sales Head for Furniture & Furnishings, Corporate Sales, and Government Liaison, you will have a multifaceted role that involves overseeing corporate sales strategies and managing relationships with government clients. Your responsibilities will include:</div>

Corporate Sales:<br />
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and maximize profitability in the corporate sector.</div>
<div>Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of B2B sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure they meet their targets.<br />
Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new corporate clients while nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients.<br />
Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product portfolio, including materials, design options, and customization capabilities.<br />
Negotiation and Deal Closure: Oversee high-value negotiations, review proposals, and ensure successful deal closures.<br />
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.</div>
<div>Sales Reporting: Implement and manage sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.<br />
Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.</div>

Government Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, procurement officers, and other relevant stakeholders.<br />
Tender Process: Manage the process of participating in government tenders and bids, ensuring compliance with all regulations and requirements.<br />
Contract Negotiation: Negotiate government contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for the company.<br />
Compliance: Stay updated on government policies, regulations, and compliance requirements, ensuring the company's adherence.</div>

<div>Qualifications:<br />
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive B2B sales experience in the Furniture & Furnishings industry, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.<br />
•Prior experience in government sales and liaison roles.<br />
•Strong leadership skills with a successful track record of leading and developing a sales team.<br />
•Expert knowledge of furniture and furnishings materials, designs, and industry trends.</div>
