Job Description
Key Responsibilities:<br /> 1.Technology Vendor Collaboration and Management:<br /> Engage with technology vendors to assess capabilities, limitations, and integration options of HR tools.<br /> Evaluate and select technology solutions that support strategic HR and business objectives.<br /> 2.Process and Technology Gap Analysis:<br /> Continuously identify and analyze gaps in current HR processes and technology landscapes, proposing both short-term and long-term solutions.<br /> Address immediate technology process issues, ensuring minimal disruption to HR services.<br /> 3.Integration and Data Management:<br /> Lead the integration of HR data following acquisitions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and completeness of data across systems.<br /> Manage the HR information system (HRIS) and other HR technologies to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the organization.<br /> 4.Business Process Mapping and Improvement:<br /> Conduct in-depth mapping of HR processes to business processes, identifying misalignments and areas for improvement.<br /> Propose and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, considering impacts within and outside of HR.<br /> 5.HR Tools Optimization and Automation:<br /> Maximize the utility of existing HR tools and lead the implementation of automation in HR processes to minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency.<br /> Develop strategies for the effective adoption and utilization of HR technologies.<br /> 6.Analytics and Decision Support:<br /> Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytical tools to monitor and report on key HR metrics.<br /> Use analytics to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and improve HR outcomes.<br /> 7.Continuous Improvement and Change Management:<br /> Stay updated on the latest HR technology trends and developments to drive continuous improvement within the department.<br /> Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.<br /> Qualifications:<br /> Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.<br /> Experience in HR operations, with a strong emphasis on HR technology and process improvements.<br /> Demonstrated ability in identifying and resolving process and technology gaps, integrating data from acquisitions, and addressing immediate technology process issues.<br /> Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR process mapping, documentation, and improvement.<br /> Experience with UKG, Mavenlink, Smartsuite, and other relevant HR technologies.<br /> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders.<br /> Proven experience in supporting change management initiatives and training end-users on new technologies and processes.
