Job Description

End-to-End Sales • Own full-cycle enterprise sales: lead generation, discovery, demos, solutioning, proposals, negotiations, and closure. • Independently handle mid-market and simple enterprise accounts; work alongside Sales Lead for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. Account Planning & Growth • Develop and execute territory-wise strategic account plans to deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets. • Build and manage a robust pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting in Freshworks CRM. • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts. Consultative Engagement • Deliver high-impact demos and presentations tailored to CHROs, TA leaders, and L&D heads. • Respond to RFPs, draft proposals, and articulate ROI through data-driven business cases. • Act as a trusted advisor by staying updated on HR Tech, AI, and digital transformation trends. Collaboration & Leadership • Partner with Pre-Sales for qualification, account intelligence, and early demos. • Work with Solutioning/CS teams to ensure seamless onboarding, adoption, and expansion. • Over time, act as a backup to Sales Lead, stepping into leadership for large accounts.
