Job Summary

The iOS Developer will play a crucial role in enhancing and managing the native iOS codebase while collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop high-performance iOS applications. The role focuses on maintaining application architecture, ensuring code quality, and supporting agile processes to deliver effective solutions that align with user expectations and company goals.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and Manage the Native iOS Codebase: Maintain and improve the existing native iOS codebase to ensure it remains robust, efficient, and compliant with the latest iOS standards and best practices.
• Partner with Backend Teams for Secure API Integration: Collaborate with the backend team to implement secure, efficient, and scalable APIs, ensuring smooth data exchange and functionality throughout the application.
• Design and Develop High-Performance iOS Applications: Create and maintain scalable iOS applications that deliver top-tier performance, leveraging modern tools and frameworks to meet user and business demands.
• Build and Optimize Application Architecture: Use SwiftUI, UIKit, and contemporary iOS frameworks to architect and optimize applications, focusing on maintainability, efficiency, and performance enhancements.
• Uphold Code Quality Standards: Ensure high-quality code through consistent code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) best practices.
• Engage in Agile Scrum Practices: Take an active role in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues Promptly: Diagnose and fix technical problems as they arise, maintaining a seamless user experience and application stability.
• Document Technical Processes: Create and maintain technical documentation to enable knowledge sharing and support ongoing development efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven iOS Development Experience: Demonstrated hands-on expertise in iOS development, with a track record of delivering high-quality applications.
• Expertise in Core iOS Technologies: Advanced proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, Objective-C, Swift Package Manager (SPM), and unit test writing.
• Architectural and Design Pattern Mastery: Knowledge of system design principles and architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM, and VIPER.
• Integration with Backend Services: Experience integrating iOS applications with backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Performance Optimization and Security Expertise: Strong skills in enhancing application performance and implementing security best practices.
• CI/CD and Version Control Proficiency: Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• Analytical Skills and Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical capabilities complemented by excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Algorithm Design and Comprehension: Proficient in designing and interpreting algorithms to enhance application functionality.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in FinTech domain.
• Comfort with fast-paced and iterative development environments.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Experience

5–7 years of relevant experience in iOS development, particularly within the FinTech domain.

The position is based in Bangalore. We are looking for immediate joiners who can thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Salary

The maximum salary budget for this position is 30-35 LPA.
