Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing, screening, and placing technical professionals across a variety of roles and domains, contributing to the organization's goal of building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview IT candidates for various technical roles (developers, testers, DevOps, cloud engineers, etc.).
• Understand job requirements, technical skills, and project scope from hiring managers or clients.
• Use job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, and referrals to find qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, following up with candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent.
• Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Stay updated on the latest hiring trends, technologies, and job market insights.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• Experience: 1-4 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and sourcing techniques (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, etc.).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with technical terms and IT skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with different technical domains within IT recruitment.

Experience

1-4 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment is required.

Environment

The role is located in Bangalore and is a full-time position.
