AWS/DevOps Engineer
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AWS/DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cloud infrastructure and ensuring efficient deployment processes. You will play a critical role in automating and optimizing our operations, contributing significantly to the scalability and reliability of our systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
- Administer and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability and performance.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI for automated deployments.
- Write and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible Playbooks.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate new applications and services into the cloud environment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Cloud Services and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes administration and Docker containerization.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation tasks.
Experience
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AWS Cloud Services, with a strong focus on DevOps practices and technologies.
Environment
This is a full-time position based in our Pune office. The role may require occasional on-call support and the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
