Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, corporate clients, and travel agents. Convert leads into bookings to achieve sales targets.
Itinerary Customization:
Design personalized travel itineraries, recommending unique destinations and luxury accommodations.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
Booking Management:
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for seamless travel arrangements, managing the end-to-end booking process.
Client Support:
Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing prompt assistance and ensuring exceptional service.
Vendor Relations:
Cultivate relationships with luxury service providers, negotiate contracts, and ensure service quality.
Budget Management:
Ensure cost-effective itineraries while monitoring expenses for profitability.
Performance Reporting:
Prepare sales reports and collaborate with leadership to align on goals and improve processes.
