• Azure System Engineering Support – Monitor and troubleshoot Azure services.
• Cloud PC Management – Address login, performance, and technical issues.
• SQL & Database Troubleshooting – Strong hands-on with SQL Server.
• Monitoring Tools – Use tools like SolarWinds and PRTG.
• Global Collaboration – Effective handoffs and communication with the US/UK teams.
• System Reliability – Ensure proactive alerting and minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

• Senior-level experience in Azure, Cloud PC, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of monitoring tools.
