Job Summary
The Chief of Staff will work directly with the Managing Director to support strategic priorities and critical business initiatives. This role requires a highly analytical, execution-oriented professional capable of bringing structure, rigor, and data-driven decision-making to the organization. The individual will play a key role in driving high-impact projects, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to the organization’s growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the MD and CXO on strategic and business-critical initiatives.
- Drive the execution of multiple projects, ensuring follow-up and stakeholder engagement.
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of key priorities.
- Support performance tracking across road assets, solar initiatives, and operational projects.
- Take ownership of special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the MD.
- Bring structure, rigor, and data-driven thinking to business decision-making processes.
- Track key priorities and ensure the timely closure of action items across teams.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in infrastructure, roads, consulting, asset management, or related sectors.
- Graduate or MBA from a Tier-2 college or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and managing multiple priorities.
- Strong execution skills, capable of taking initiatives from problem identification to closure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work in a hands-on, evolving environment.
