Identify and build an expert, mentor and advisory network to strategically support founders and their teams through various stages of growth and to enable access to industry insights, curated talent pools, deep domain expertise, and operational frameworks for founders in building generational companies from the ground up.</div> <div>4. Build community amongst portfolio founders and executives/mentors through various program initiatives fostering long term connections between portfolio companies and executive/advisory/mentor network.</div> <div>5. Collaborate with Partners and various teams (e.g., Investing, Portfolio Management, Governance and Growth) at 3one4 Capital to weave community into our strategic and operational portfolio support across pillars including Brand, Talent, Product, Go-To-Market and Data.</div> <div>6. Identify and build relevant partnerships with key partners in the venture ecosystem including technology partners, professional services, corporates and operators network. 7. Deeply understand the portfolio needs and provide strategic support leveraging the 3one4 community (e.g., introductions to potential customers, partners, consultants, experts, etc.)</div>
