<div>Job Description:</div>

➢ As an Enterprise Sales Lead, you are accountable for creating value by driving sales<br />
and developing strong relationships with key customers in their dedicated territories.<br />
➢ You are a sales professional with strong results driven focus. You have strong<br />
commercial and financial acumen to identify market opportunities and accordingly<br />
make strategic decisions for increasing revenue and profitability.<br />
➢ Forging strong relationships is your core strength and you are highly skilled in<br />
building close partnerships across functions and leadership levels - both within and<br />
clients.<br />
➢ Your deep commercial knowledge and ability to develop strategic relationships will<br />
be the key to your success in this role.</div>

<div>Responsibilities:<br />
With our consumer at the heart, your key responsibilities will be to:<br />
● Deliver results and excellence in execution<br />
● Deliver on key revenue targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI,<br />
Value Share)<br />
● Deliver on Pictures of Success targets<br />
● Understand customer strategy and how to leverage organisation’s value proposition<br />
to grow mutual business<br />
● Drive, agree, and execute customer Joint Business Plans that deliver "win-win" value<br />
to organisation and customers<br />
● Execute occasion-based price pack architecture to deliver improved mix<br />
● Input into the shaping of the channel & portfolio strategy of the territory<br />
● Build effective long-term relationships with Key Customers<br />
● Provide accurate demand forecasting to Supply Chain teams or to Hub Sales<br />
Performance and Planning team</div>

<div>Skills and Experience:<br />

• Well-developed written and verbal communication, presentation skills<br />
• Effective use of networking and leveraging the same, strong interpersonal skills<br />
• Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery<br />
• Excellent Powerpoint & excel skills.<br />
• Fluency in country’s most spoken languages<br />
• Eye for premiumization & creating desire building experiences for our brands.</div>

<div>The following experiences are preferred:<br />
• Experience in managing key accounts/customers.<br />
• Experience in the HORECA/ FMCG/ QSR or Aggregator platforms like Zomato, Swiggy ,<br />
Zepto is a distinct advantage.<br />
• Proficiency in English & local language skills<br />
• You need to have a strong negotiation skill; you should be a team player and love our<br />
brands<br />
• You shouldn’t be afraid of trying out new things while still working with a result-oriented<br />
mindset.<br />
• It is always easy for you to convince or motivate people from your point of view.<br />
• You have no problem in travelling</div>
