Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the HR technology strategy in alignment with the overall HR and business strategy
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and integration of HR technology systems, including HRIS, ATS, and other HR tools
  • Manage and optimise HR systems and technology to support efficient and effective HR operations
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative HR technology solutions to enhance employee experiences and engagement
  • Drive the adoption of a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR technology team
  • Partner with other HR functions and business leaders to ensure alignment and integration of HR technology solutions with business goals
  • Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and partners
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR technology team, including coaching, development, and performance management

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in HR technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology systems and tools, including HRIS, ATS, and other HR tools
  • Experience leading the implementation of HR technology systems
  • Experience managing HR technology teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
