Job Summary

The Gen AI role focuses on designing and delivering AI-first product features that enhance user experiences through advanced technology integration. This position contributes to the organization's goals by leveraging cutting-edge artificial intelligence to create innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver features such as contract summarization, semantic search, guided workflows, and benchmarking insights.
• Integrate and orchestrate Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Mistral into product workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom orchestration.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and embedding-based search utilizing vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and pgvector.
• Prototype and iterate rapidly, experimenting with prompts, models, and workflows to optimize user-facing outcomes.
• Contribute across the stack, employing Python for AI workflows and React + NestJS for seamless product integration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in React and Node.js for frontend and backend development.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Experience in implementing RAG pipelines and embedding-based search systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with various LLMs and understanding their integration methods.
• Knowledge of vector databases and their applications in AI solutions.

Experience

• 6 to 8 years of experience in software development, specifically in AI product integration.

Environment

• This is a remote position.
• Candidates are required to work from 11 AM to 8 PM and must be flexible to accommodate Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlaps as per project needs.

Salary

• Budget of 1.5 Lakhs per month + GST.
