Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

The Senior Product Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and design of our products. This position involves creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the company's competitive edge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the product design.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interface specifications.
• Ensure that the final product adheres to the company’s visual style and branding guidelines.
• Stay up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile design.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product design or a related field.
