Job Summary

The Manager – IT Infra Networking & Communication will oversee the management and optimization of the company’s IT infrastructure, focusing on networking and communication systems. The role is essential in ensuring seamless connectivity and reliability across all operational points, supporting business operations and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-house, co-located, and outsourced data centers.
• Conduct infrastructure capacity planning and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Liaise with hardware and service providers to maintain effective network communications.
• Ensure management of security protocols, including TCP/IP, Routing, VLAN, and Firewall configurations.
• Design and implement disaster recovery solutions and perform proactive monitoring of network links.
• Troubleshoot and resolve store network issues including connectivity and routing problems.
• Coordinate with vendors and ISP teams to resolve any operational issues effectively.
• Maintain IT asset management, including server, storage, and security documentation.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in networking concepts (L2/L3 support, MPLS, VPN).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery strategies and implementations.
• Certifications:
  • Microsoft Professional Certified
  • Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist
  • CCNA/MCP certified
  • Additional certifications like Microsoft Azure/AWS Certified are preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in setting up server architecture for enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems like SAP or Dynamics.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and integrations with third-party applications (e.g., Zomato, Swiggy).

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years in IT network management or a similar role, with demonstrated experience in infrastructure management and communication systems.

Environment
