Business Development Executive
Job Summary
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the SaaS and B2B tech sales industry. This role involves engaging with potential clients, building strong relationships, and effectively communicating the value of our tech solutions to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is a dynamic, goal-oriented professional with a knack for turning cold leads into loyal customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Product Demonstration: Pitch and demonstrate our SaaS solutions effectively to potential clients.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers to maintain ongoing business.
- Deal Negotiation: Close sales deals with a strategic approach, ensuring mutual satisfaction and success.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide strategic insights for business growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduation from IIM or IIT is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation within SaaS, B2B, or Tech Sales.
- Sales Expertise: Proven track record in converting cold leads into loyal clients.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging and persuading diverse audiences.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to meet targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in selling to global markets, including the US, Europe, and APAC.
- Understanding of Cloud, AI, or other advanced tech solutions.
- Ability to manage the entire sales process from initial contact to onboarding.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation, particularly within the SaaS or B2B sectors.
Environment
- Location: Bangalore (HSR), work from office.
- Work Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
- Start Date: 15 days from the hiring decision.
