Job Summary
We are urgently seeking ServiceNow Support Engineers with strong hands-on experience in ITSM (Information Technology Service Management), ITOM (Information Technology Operations Management), and ITAM (Information Technology Asset Management) modules. The ideal candidate will be CSA (Certified System Administrator) certified, flexible in a support role, and capable of adapting to dynamic requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 level support for the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, including GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), SECOPS (Security Operations), HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery), CSM (Customer Service Management), ITBM (IT Business Management), etc.
- Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Maintain best practices for system configuration and development.
- Work on integrations of external systems with ServiceNow.
- Provide functional and technical insights for enhancements or customizations.
- Engage with clients regularly for updates and requirement clarifications.
- Document technical and support processes, ensuring knowledge sharing across teams.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes and ServiceNow platform governance.
Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in ServiceNow development/support.
- CSA Certification (Certified System Administrator) – Mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM modules.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, XML.
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL framework and ITSM processes.
- Good experience with ServiceNow integrations and custom application development.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work in the 2 PM – 11 PM IST shift.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- Additional CSA Certifications.
Experience
- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow support and development.
Environment
- Work location: Bangalore / Pune, working in a contractual capacity with KPMG.
- This position may involve a hybrid work environment.
