Role Overview: As the International Sales Manager, you will be the primary architect of our global expansion. Your mission is to identify high-potential markets for commercial Electric Vehicles, establish a robust distribution network, and drive the adoption of sustainable transport solutions. You will manage the entire lifecycle from market entry strategy to monthly revenue realization.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) KRA Critical Tasks & Performance Indicators 1. Strategic Market Identification Conduct deep-dive analysis of global EV subsidies, charging infrastructure readiness, and TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) parity to rank and target high-potential markets. 2. Distributor Scouting & Onboarding Identify, vet, and appoint Tier-1 distributors and channel partners. Negotiate SLAs that ensure brand alignment and after-sales service excellence. 3. Product & Pricing Strategy Design market-specific product configurations and localized pricing models (considering duties, freight, and local competition) to ensure market fit and profitability. 4. Revenue & Sales Execution Own the "Number." Develop and execute monthly sales forecasts, ensuring a consistent pipeline and conversion rate across all identified territories. 5. Cross-functional Orchestration Act as the bridge between international partners and internal teams (Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, and Legal) to ensure seamless order-to-delivery processes.
Professional Requirement • Industry Expertise: 2+ years of experience in International Sales, preferably within Automotive, Auto Ancillary, Commercial Vehicles, or Clean-Tech. • EV Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the regulatory environment for EVs in regions like Africa, Middle East, Europe, ASEAN and LATAM. • Commercial Acumen: Strong grasp of Incoterms 2020, documentation, export financing, and international taxation. • Relationship Management: Proven ability to manage "Master Distributor" relationships across different time zones and cultures. • Education: MBA in International Business or a related degree.
