Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative to join our team in Bengaluru. The primary purpose of this role is to drive lead generation and support our sales team by identifying and developing new business opportunities. This position is critical in contributing to the growth and success of our organization by expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and identify potential leads within the B2B SaaS industry.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through outbound calls and emails.
- Qualify leads and set up meetings for the senior sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales prospecting.
- Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS sales process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience with sales prospecting tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with the Bengaluru market and business landscape.

Experience
