JOB DESCRIPTION Employee Name: Employee Code: JOB Title – Manager FP&A Department – Accounts & Finance Grade – Location/Unit – Corporate Office Reporting Manager – Vice President- Finance Key Role of the Position: To oversee and optimize the hospital's financial health by providing strategic insights, robust budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis and driving implementation of action points. This role ensures effective financial planning, supports decision-making processes and helps achieve the chain’s mission of delivering high-quality eye care services. Educational Qualification & Experience: Chartered Accountant with 3-5 Years Industry Preference: Any Knowledge and Specific Skills:  Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.  Strong Excel Skills, good business acumen and communication skills.  Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with and influence cross functional team.  Strong Financial modelling and Power-point skills.  Self-starter who will take ownership of deliverables with minimal direction.  Meticulous and detail-oriented.  Excellent numeracy and mathematical knowledge.  Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:  Develop annual budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and play an active role in building a Corporate FP&A function.  Create monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts based on historical data, operational metrics, and upcoming projects.  Preparation of MIS in reconciliation with Statutory Books of Accounts, and preparation of detailed business performance decks for management review  Competition scan and benchmarking with other players in the industry  Analyze variances between actuals and forecasts, identifying key drivers & recommend corrective actions.  Taking ownership on implementation of financial processes for new business initiatives as may arise.  Responsible for analysis of business performance on various dimensions on a monthly and ad-hoc basis.  Generate detailed financial reports, including profit and loss (P&L) statements, cash flow analysis, and departmental performance summaries.  Provide insights on patient volume, revenue streams, cost efficiencies, and service line profitability.  Track and analyze KPIs relevant to centre operations.  Driving cross-functional implementation of growth and profitability initiatives  Actively driving projects associated with data analytics and profitability assessment.  Partner with department heads to align budgets with clinical goals and patient care priorities.  Interaction with stakeholders to acquire business insights Behavioral/Leadership Competencies-  Passion for Excellence  Results Orientation  Integrity & Ethics  Building Relationships & Partnerships  Leadership & Influencing  Strategic Thinking & Execution  Planning & Organizing  Problem Solving and Decision Making  Functional Expertise  Attention to Detail Key Interfaces / Relationships – Executive Management, Operations, Sales & Marketing teams Employee name: HOD/ HR Manager’s Name: Signature Signature Date
