Job Description
Design & Execute the Human resources strategies by identifying and<br /> researching human resources issues, contributing information, its analysis, and<br /> recommendations to the leadership through strategic thinking and direction.<br /> • Transform HR processes and policies by leveraging both the new and old<br /> frameworks and aligning it with the overall industry benchmarks and<br /> organizational objectives, to drive better decision making, better anticipate<br /> workforce needs, increase ability to manage performance, and to support<br /> learning initiatives.<br /> • Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives<br /> for the employees, thus moving from a function which is a ‘business support’<br /> to a ‘business enabler’ role.<br /> • Drive a Performance based culture: Performance management and Variable pay<br /> plan, Compensation and Payroll Management for all staff. Effective<br /> Implementation of Performance assessment system.<br /> • Implement the strategic plan by establishing functional accountabilities,<br /> including attracting the right talent, competitive overall reward plan, welfare<br /> benefits, training and development, succession planning, employee relations<br /> and retention and HR compliances
