Job Description
Design & Execute the Human resources strategies by identifying and
researching human resources issues, contributing information, its analysis, and
recommendations to the leadership through strategic thinking and direction.
• Transform HR processes and policies by leveraging both the new and old
frameworks and aligning it with the overall industry benchmarks and
organizational objectives, to drive better decision making, better anticipate
workforce needs, increase ability to manage performance, and to support
learning initiatives.
• Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives
for the employees, thus moving from a function which is a ‘business support’
to a ‘business enabler’ role.
• Drive a Performance based culture: Performance management and Variable pay
plan, Compensation and Payroll Management for all staff. Effective
Implementation of Performance assessment system.
• Implement the strategic plan by establishing functional accountabilities,
including attracting the right talent, competitive overall reward plan, welfare
benefits, training and development, succession planning, employee relations
and retention and HR compliances
