Job Description
● Develop and implement comprehensive performance advertising strategies for
stakeholders with significant ad budgets, primarily on Google, Bing and Facebook
platforms.
● Consult and/or manage a team of campaign managers, providing guidance, mentorship,
and performance feedback.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, target audience,
and key performance indicators (KPIs).
● Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
for optimizing campaign performance and driving higher conversions.
● Create compelling ad copy and engaging landing pages to maximize click-through rates
(CTRs) and conversion rates.
● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates,
conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
● Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to optimize
campaign performance, reduce acquisition costs, and increase overall ROI.
● Utilize knowledge of CPL, CPA, CPV, and CPM campaigns to develop effective
advertising strategies.
● Utilize website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture,
WebTrends) to gather insights and optimize campaign performance.
● Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to improve campaign performance and
