Job Description

● Develop and implement comprehensive performance advertising strategies for<br /> stakeholders with significant ad budgets, primarily on Google, Bing and Facebook<br /> platforms.<br /> ● Consult and/or manage a team of campaign managers, providing guidance, mentorship,<br /> and performance feedback.<br /> ● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business objectives, target audience,<br /> and key performance indicators (KPIs).<br /> ● Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities<br /> for optimizing campaign performance and driving higher conversions.<br /> ● Create compelling ad copy and engaging landing pages to maximize click-through rates<br /> (CTRs) and conversion rates.<br /> ● Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates,<br /> conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).<br /> ● Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to optimize<br /> campaign performance, reduce acquisition costs, and increase overall ROI.<br /> ● Utilize knowledge of CPL, CPA, CPV, and CPM campaigns to develop effective<br /> advertising strategies.<br /> ● Utilize website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture,<br /> WebTrends) to gather insights and optimize campaign performance.<br /> ● Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to improve campaign performance and<br /> conversion rates.
