Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer with a strong background in fintech to join our team. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems for fintech applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure system reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; IIT alumni preferred.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in backend programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Understanding of security protocols and data protection measures.
  • Experience with fintech domain-specific technologies and compliance standards.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of blockchain or cryptocurrency technologies.
• Prior experience working in a startup environment.
• Certifications in cloud computing or security.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in backend development.
• Proven track record of working in fintech projects.
• Demonstrated stability with at least 2 years stay in one company.
