Oracle Fusion Planning & Manufacturing Consultant
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Planning & Manufacturing Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle ERP Planning Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in end-to-end implementations, configuration, and support of Oracle Planning and Manufacturing modules. This is an excellent opportunity to lead strategic projects and collaborate with cross-functional global teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full-cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing Cloud modules.
- Analyze client business processes and map them effectively into Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Configure and deploy Planning Cloud modules including:
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Management
- Production Scheduling
- Sales & Operations Planning
- Backlog Management
- Global Order Promising
- Advanced Supply Chain Planning
- Manufacturing
- Drive Plan-to-Produce (P2P) processes across verticals such as Industrial Manufacturing and High-Tech.
- Conduct gap analysis, requirement gathering, and functional design.
- Prepare functional/technical documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
- Oversee data migration, cut-over planning, and go-live support.
- Work collaboratively with technical teams, business users, and support staff.
- Provide post-go-live support, end-user training, and knowledge transfer.
- Stay current on Oracle Cloud updates, best practices, and SCM innovations.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Planning and Manufacturing modules.
- Must have completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Planning Cloud implementations, including 1 in Manufacturing.
- Strong command of Oracle ERP Cloud and EBS Planning architecture and functionalities.
- Knowledge of Planning module integration touchpoints and data flows.
- Proficiency in business process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with data migration tools and deployment strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Oracle Certifications in Planning or Manufacturing modules preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Additional knowledge of Oracle SCM modules is a plus.
- Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing, High-Tech, and Consumer Goods industries (optional).
Experience
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Planning and Manufacturing Consulting.
