Our current portfolio includes companies like Mamaearth, Whatfix, Signzy, Propelld, Loadshare, among others.</div> <div>About the Role: &bull; To manage and maintain timely and accurate reporting regarding funds to the GP / Investment Advisor and to the Fund LPs. &bull; To support the Head of Finance in managing finance function. Responsibilities: &bull; Overseeing all operational aspects of funds efficiently. Work closely with the Finance Team, investment teams, and portfolio companies on Finance aspects. &bull; Ensuring timely and accurate regulatory filings and overall regulatory compliance regulator guidelines &bull; Ensuring timely and accurate statutory filings &bull; Ensuring accuracy of capital call and distribution notices and overseeing dissemination of such notices by the fund administrator to the LPs &bull; Manage the end-to-end quarterly fund reporting process with the fund administrator and internal stakeholders, and assume responsibility for the Fund&rsquo;s critical deliverables to investors (Quarterly / Annual Report etc.) in accordance with the fund LPA &bull; Support the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. &bull; Assist the team in monitoring financial performance of the firm and present reports to senior management. &bull; Assist in overseeing the fund accounting, reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements including compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and legal requirements. &bull; Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost optimization.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>Qualifications and Requirements: &bull; A qualified Chartered Accountant with 6+ years of experience &bull; Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and regulations. &bull; Experience and knowledge of the key operational deliverables of a fund/VC industry will be ideal &bull; Experience of accounting, taxation and reporting (fund account preferred) &bull; Experience of complexities of cross-jurisdictional payments, and tax issues important &bull; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into &bull; actionable insights. &bull; Excellent communication and presentation abilities. &bull; Meticulous and detail-oriented individual and a strong team player &bull; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively</div>
