Job Summary

The Martech Developer is a hands-on technical role focused on implementing and configuring marketing technology platforms. This position is vital to executing martech solutions across various platforms, ensuring adaptability to new tools as needed, and contributing to the overall efficiency of marketing strategies within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Customer Data Platform (CDP) platforms such as Segment, Hightouch, and mParticle.
• Build customer data flows and perform audience segmentation.
• Set up email and messaging automation in platforms like Iterable, Klaviyo, and Braze.
• Create API integrations and configure webhooks.
• Implement data transformation and manage identity resolution processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across the martech stack.
• Support platform migrations and conduct performance optimization.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to gather and define technical requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with martech platforms.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in APIs, JavaScript, Python, SQL, and data transformation.
• Platform Experience: Familiarity with Segment, Hightouch, Iterable, or similar platforms.
• Understanding: Knowledge of customer data models and privacy compliance.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Platform certifications in Segment, Iterable, and Hightouch.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with additional martech platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.

A total of 4-9 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
