Responsibilities

• Build and deploy scalable applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and CRM Analytics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions, particularly across Service Cloud and related modules.
• Ensure code quality by promoting best practices and adherence to Salesforce development standards.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Skillsets:

  • Proficient in Salesforce Development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
  • Experience with CRM Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Proven team leadership experience.

• Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud.
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud.
