Job Summary

The Flutter Developer will play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into technical solutions. This position involves close collaboration with Product Owners and Solution Designers to understand business needs and provide high-quality coding solutions. The primary goal is to enhance the performance and user experience of applications through effective coding practices and architectural patterns.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Solution Designers to understand business needs and contribute to high-level system designs.
• Convert solution designs into high-quality code with thorough analysis and development processes, including Pull Requests.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in assigned business and technical domains, showcasing a robust understanding of both business and system processes.
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Java/Kotlin code.
• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, paying attention to detail and minimizing technical debt.
• Write unit and UI tests to ensure application reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Dart programming language.
• Working experience with the Flutter framework.
• Proficient in programming languages Kotlin or Swift.
• Minimum of 3-4 years of mobile development experience.
• Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle.
• Experience or awareness of architectural patterns such as MVC, MVP, MVVM, BloC, etc.
• Good understanding of Android/iOS UI design principles.
• Proficient in working with Git.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as a top-notch team player.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Firebase.
• Understanding or experience in setting up CI/CD pipelines.

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in mobile development, specifically with Flutter and mobile UI design.
