Job Summary
The Manager of Staff is responsible for overseeing a team of staff employees, ensuring their performance and results align with the company's objectives. This role requires setting clear performance objectives, conducting reviews, and recommending pay actions. Responsibilities
- Define and share the technical/functional team roadmap and vision according to departmental and company objectives.

- Suggest alternatives, improvements, and new techniques in processes, operational models, and plans.

- Manage the investigation and resolution of production support issues and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other software development, architecture, solutions, and QA teams to ensure systems are designed for testability, stability, scalability, and performance.
