● Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams including
engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, prioritize
features, and ensure successful product delivery.
● Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to
understand user needs and pain points. Use this information to drive product
improvements and new feature development.
● Documentation: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and
Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that communicate product
specifications and business needs to the development team.
● Project Management: Oversee the product development process from
conception to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet project goals.
● Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics
post-launch to identify areas for improvement and ensure products meet user
expectations and business objectives.
