We&rsquo;re looking for a QA Engineer</p> <p>who&rsquo;s passionate about quality and has strong experience in both manual and automated testing of full-stack applications.</p> <p><b>Role Overview</b></p> <p>As a QA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our applications are robust, performant, and user-friendly. You&#39;ll</p> <p>work closely with cross-functional teams to test everything from APIs and services to intuitive front-end interfaces. You&rsquo;ll own</p> <p>the quality lifecycle from test planning to automation and reporting.</p> <p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p> <p>●</p> <p>Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for web applications and APIs.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into test</p> <p>strategies.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Build and maintain automation frameworks for UI (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and API (e.g., RestAssured, Postman).</p> <p>●</p> <p>Test front-end components built in React and back-end services built in Spring Boot.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Validate RESTful APIs for performance, data accuracy, and security.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Perform regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, and performance testing.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).</p> <p>●</p> <p>Log and track defects using JIRA and ensure timely resolution.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.</p> <p><b>Required Skills</b></p> <p>●</p> <p>2+ years of experience in manual testing of web apps and APIs.</p> <p>●</p> <p>2+ years of experience with test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Strong knowledge of Java and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for test scripting.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Proficiency in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Experience testing web applications developed with Spring Boot and React.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Good understanding of postgresql, databases, and test data management.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps workflows.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.</p> <p><b>Nice to Have</b></p> <p>●</p> <p>Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).</p> <p>●</p> <p>Experience in Docker/Kubernetes environments.</p> <p>●</p> <p>Security testing fundamentals.</p>
