Job Summary

The Product Manager for Retail Marketing will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the product vision for Paid Social and Influencer Marketing within the retail media ecosystem. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring alignment with Social Commerce and Retail Media product strategies while addressing market opportunities and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and help shape the product vision for Paid Social and Influencer Marketing within the retail media ecosystem.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery for new capabilities for social commerce at retailers.
  • Partner with Social Commerce platform teams to enable paid social programs that scale on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest.
  • Drive integration strategies for influencer content across on-site, off-site, retailer paid social, and in-store experiences.
  • Develop measurement frameworks with Measurement Products and Analytics teams to demonstrate ROI, including incrementality and cross-channel lift.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Account Teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market materials.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new product opportunities and maintain competitive differentiation.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years in product management, with 2+ years focused on social media advertising and/or influencer marketing.
  • Understanding: Knowledge of the retail media ecosystem and media activation across retailer-owned and paid channels.
  • Experience: Working with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business, and Google Ads (YouTube).
  • Familiarity: With first-party data activation, identity resolution, and closed-loop measurement.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with experience in defining KPIs and using data to inform product direction.
  • Team Management: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver products in agile environments.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; product management certifications and training are a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with retailers, CPG brands, or ad tech/martech platforms.
  • Familiarity with ad serving, Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs), or media buying platforms.
  • Background in influencer content moderation, creator partnerships, or user-generated content (UGC) compliance.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in social commerce, shoppable media, and creator economy dynamics.

Experience

  • Minimum: 8+ years of relevant experience in product management or related fields.

Environment

  • Work Setting: Remote work environment with a day shift schedule.

Salary

  • Estimated Salary: 1.5 LPM (Lakh per Month) as per industry standards.
