Influencer Marketing Manager – &Done About the Company Opportunity to build and grow a series-A startup. &Done is looking for stellar folks to join hands in building a global haircare brand. &Done is a new-age, premium, professional haircare brand, specifically formulated and tested for Indian hair, weather, and habits, using the best actives from across the globe. 1500 stylists are using us in 300+ salons across India. We are funded by one of India’s premier VC funds. &Done is founded by hair-obsessed, serial entrepreneurs Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain. Saumya studied computer science from IIT Delhi and did her MBA from Stanford GSB, USA. In 2019, she started Udayy, an edtech startup for kids, and scaled it to $2.5M ARR. Atit is a BITS Pilani’09 alum, 2X founder – Pluss (sold to Reliance’s Netmeds), Bulbul (sold to Good Glamm group), ex-VC @ Elevation Capital ($4B AUM). Both founders have been a part of the Forbes 30 under 30 Asia charter. What You’ll Do – Identify and onboard relevant creators across Instagram and YouTube – Manage 10–20 collaborations per month, across paid and barter deals – Negotiate pricing and deliverables with creators and their managers – Vet content for brand fit, performance potential, and storytelling strength – Track metrics like reach, saves, comments, and ROAS to evaluate impact – Coordinate with our paid media team for influencer content in ads – Build strong relationships to ensure repeat and long-term Collab What We’re Looking For – 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing at a D2C beauty/lifestyle brand – Hands on experience managing monthly influencer campaigns at scale – A keen sense of which creators drive engagement vs which drive sales – Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills – Well-versed with Instagram and YouTube trends, formats, and creator tiers
